FREE Shipping for orders over $50!
We offer FREE standard USPS shipping for all of order over $50, otherwise, $3.99 flat-rate shipping.   Inkmarts.com will choose either USPS First-class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Media Mail to ship your order, depending on the package size and weight.  And free standards is only valid for all orders shipped within United States, including the orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.  Most of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours, subject to credit verification & product availability.

FedEx Shipping
All the shipping costs are based on the real-time FedEx shipping rate system, and we do not make profit on shipping. We only ship within United States. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands, restricted shipping methods and additional shipping cost may be applied. Tracking numbers will be emailed right after the order is shipped. According to FedEx shipping restriction, we are unable to ship to any APO/FPO or PO Box address via FedEx.  Same as free standard shipping, most of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours, subject to credit verification & product availability.

FedEx does not ship at weekends and holidays. The following shipping methods are available to most of our items:

FedEx Standard Overnight	-	The shipment will normally be delivered next business day after we disptach the order. This is the fastest, but the most expensive shipping option.
FedEx 2-Day	-	The shipment will normally be delivered within 2 business days after we disptach the order.
FedEx Express Saver	-	The shipment will normally be delivered within 3 business days after we disptach the order.
FedEx Ground	-	The shipment will normally be delivered within 7 business days after we disptach the order. The actual delivery time varies depending on locations. This is the most economical option.

We will pay for the insurance on all orders. If there is any damage/loss during the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. After that, we will either file the claim on your behalf or exchange another one for you, subject to the availability of the item.

We accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover), e-checks, Paypal and Google Checkout payment only. All of our credit card and e-check transactions will be processed by Authorize.Net, a trusted credit card processor. Because we locate in sales-tax-free state, there is no sales tax to all the customers all over the states.  For security purpose, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card. If you would like to ship to a different address, please contact your credit card company for authorization by calling the toll-free number at the back of your credit card. For paypal payment, we only accept payment from verified US account and ship to confirmed shipping address. Prices of all products are based on USD.

We may hold your order due to one or more of the following reasons:

• Incorrect/suspicious credit card or payment information.
• The billing address does not match any address filed at your credit card company.
• The transaction is declined by your credit card company.

We will contact you for any on-hold order for verification within 24 business hours. However, we reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to verify or process.



Google Checkout
Our store now supports Google Checkout. By using Google Checkout, Google will process the payment on our behalf, so all of your confidential information will be stored in your Google Account. How to complete order by using Google Checkout
Google Checkout is fully integrated to our store. After adding all of your items at the shopping cart, you can just simply click on the Google Checkout button, which is located at the bottom of the cart, to complete the checkout. It is just that easy!

Products sold by Inkmarts.com are covered by our 1-Year return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 1-Year return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below.

All returns covered under our 1-Year return period are subject to the following:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Inkmarts.com must accompany all returns.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 365 days from the date the product was shipped.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
• For return on ink and toner cartridges, it must be at least 70% full.
  
• If you have purchased a media product (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW) or paper, all returns must be in unopened, undamaged - original packaging.
• Inkmarts.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
  
• Terms and conditions applied.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
• Please allow 1 week for all refunds.
• Claim for defective items, missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 15 days from the date item is shipped.

Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty.
